All electric hot water pressure washers are becoming more popular than ever. With concerns of emissions permitting, exhausting emissions, and available energy sources at your facility, an all-electric unit becomes a good choice. Electricity is available at all plant facilities. For equipment location, electricity can be installed to any safe place, avoiding constraints on placement.
For most practical purposes in the world of pressure washers, there are two types of electric hot water pressure washers.
Direct Heat Exchange
First, a direct heat exchange type unit makes use of high pressure line wrapped by a heat exchange cartridge. Once the unit is operating, the cartridge system will generally maintain a more constant temperature, and can attain a higher temperature than other styles of all electric units.
All-Electric
The second style of an all-electric hot water unit makes use of an immersion tank. In essence, the high pressure line is configured in a coil. This coil is then immersed in a tank of water. The holding tank water is what becomes heated. The heat "exchange" then occurs between the tank of water and immersed high pressure coil.

This HWE model is powered and heated by electricity, making it a quiet machine with no fumes. Water is heated in a stainless steel heating coil, immersed in a tank of water solution, allowing for instant hot water once you pull the trigger.

Alklean All Electric Series
The patented Alklean Industries heat exchange All Electric Series is ready to heat up for your process. Available with 2500 or 3000 psi, and a flow of 2.8 or 3.9 GPM. Electrical requirement of 460 VAC.
